Refund Policy

At Alien City Artifacts, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our custom 3D Harley Davidson parts. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Damaged Items During Shipping: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Provide photos of the damage and the packaging. We will replace the damaged item at no cost to you. Returns: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. How to Return an Item: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of the receipt and the reason for the return. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, minus the restocking fee.
